The course material and lecture slides were adapted from previous material introduced by USU faculty members, and the contributions of all individuals who have contributed is greatly acknowledged. The original version of this course (Fall 20260) was particularly influenced by previous material shared by Yan Sun, who had recently taught Stat 5200.
The framework to help build the online version of this course was developed by my Ph.D. advisor, Edward L. Ionides. Specifically, this course framework was originally built for a time-series analysis course, Stats 531 at the University of Michigan. See, for instance, the 2024 course that I TA’d when I was a Ph.D. student, the source-code of which was copied to build this course. Previous other versions of this course were presented in 2016, 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022.
